Adult Choir
If you have a good voice and enjoy singing, think of joining the St. Theresa Church choir!
The Choir sings at the Sunday 10AM Mass and other solemn masses, and rehearses on Thursday evenings from 7:30 - 9:00PM in the choir room of the Pauline Center (room 105). The choir repertoire consists of hymns, psalms, chants, and polyphonic pieces from the Renaissance period, up to our time. All singers from high school age and older are welcome.
If you cannot read music or have never before sung in choir, you should plan on arriving to Thursday evening rehearsals at 7:15 PM, when musical note reading will be taught.
First rehearsal begins September 6 at 7:30 PM.
St. Theresa Children’s Choir
The Choir repertoire is similar to that of the Adult Choir (psalms, hymns, motets), although using simplified arrangements.
The Choir sings at the Sunday 11:30AM Mass, and rehearses on Tuesdays from 3:15 to 4:30PM in the choir room of the Paulene Center (room 105).
The choir is open to children from 2nd to 8th grade.
